About the Role

The Data and Information Systems Coordinator role will report directly to the Data and Information System Administrator and will focus on organizing and verifying the NCFDD’s data and information. This information will be used for internal analysis to improve the NCFDD’s approach to marketing, reporting, visualizing, customer leads, conversions, and retention. The job is based in Detroit, MI.

In the role, you will:

  • Report directly to the Data and Information Systems Administrator 
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to organize and verify the NCFDD’s data and information
  • Help the NCFDD’s technology platform to track, capture, and manage data 
  • Execute reporting to the NCFDD and its members
  • Organize information in the NCFDD’s CRM systems (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Verify and disseminate all program data to relevant team members and contractors 

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Team fit, including alignment with and / or adaptable to the NCFDD’s culture 
  • Ability to do detailed hard work to produce analysis  
  • High attention to detail to ensure excellent quality and accuracy of work
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel,PowerPoint,Word) and other data management software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), Experience with Microsoft Access or other database software preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Mailchimp
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Deadline driven and ability to communicate 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-functioning team

 Detailed Responsibilities

I. Membership 

  • Organize institutional and individual membership information  
  • Review and verify historical and current institutional and individual membership information
  • Internal and External Reporting and Institution Benchmarking
  • Execute internal reports to inform management and team of status of new and renewing members 
  • Execute external reports for select institutions summarizing use of the NCFDD’s services and products
  • Develop Marketing and Sales Database
  • Work with Administrator to gather public information and data for sales and marketing purposes
  • Organize and maintain information in the NCFDD’s CRM systems (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)

II. Faculty Programs

  • Organize Faculty Program participant information 
  • Organize Mid and End of Program participant data for review to Administrator and disseminate to team and contractors
  • Internal and External Reporting and Institution Benchmarking
  • Execute internal reports to inform management and team of status of new and renewing members 
  • Execute and disseminate external reports for select institutions summarizing use of the NCFDD’s services and products
  • Develop Marketing and Sales Database
  • Organize and maintain information in the NCFDD’s CRM systems (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)

III. Workshops

  • Review, verify and analyze historical and current institutional membership information 

IV. Technology

  • Help identify potential improvements/efficiencies in overall data management and the technology platform 

V. General

  • Attend weekly Team Meeting and specific product huddles
  • Respond and post daily to internal Facebook group, including closing checklist of tasks complete
  • Work with team members to complete cross-functional tasks on a daily basis
